Liz, Ned, Joey and Lesley
welcome you to Castleview Farm B and B where you can experience
life and relax in a friendly atmosphere on our working
dairy farm. We offer quality farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation
in tranquil and historical surroundings.
Liz also has certificates in Irish Home Hospitality,
Tourism Awarness, in the principles and practices of
Food Hygiene and a certificate in Meat Cookery.
B & B Accommodation is provided in a
modern bungalow adjacent to a well preserved thatched
farm cottage with beautifully maintained gardens and
patio for guest use.
We are located in an area of rural
beauty, mature trees giving the proverbial forty shades
of green. We are tucked away in the countryside, but
yet only 4km from Kildare town and one hours drive from
Dublin airport and ferry ports. Kildare town also has
a frequent bus and train service to and from the city.
We are conveniently located close to the area’s
major attractions, Curragh race course, the National
Stud and Japanese Gardens, and Kildare town , with its
historic St Brigid’s Cathedral and Round Tower,
are all just a few minutes drive away. Ideal base to
enjoy and explore the wonderful local amenities, or
to take in the delights of Dublin Wicklow and Laois.
So for the horse lover, the angler or golfer this is
the perfect location.
